HOUSE RULES

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we have established a few simple house rules. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. No Smoking
   Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. Please smoke outdoors instead (sorry for the cold !).
2. No Parties and Gatherings
   Parties and loud gatherings are always prohibited in guest rooms.
3. Group bookings
   To ensure a quiet and relaxing environment, we may not accept reservations for groups of 5 guests or more.
4. Quiet Hours
   Please keep voice levels and other noises to a minimum between 9 PM and 7 AM. We kindly ask that you be considerate of other guests when entering the house at night.
5. Restricted Access
   Please ensure that non-registered guests do not go up to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
6. Pop Your Shoes Off
   Please remember to pop your shoes off at the entrance.
