Can you store my bags before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, we can store your baggage. Please ask our front desk.

Can I check-in after 10 pm?

We don’t accept late check-ins after 10 pm.

Do you have a changing room available before check-in?

Yes, we can prepare changing rooms before check-in. Please use them to put on snowwear.

What time does the front desk open?

Our front desk is open between 6 am and 10pm.

After 10 pm, staff is not available at the front desk.

Facilities and Services

Do you have parking?

We have free parking for 5-6 vehicles available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to travel by car.

*In case our parking is full, please park in Shinden car park (Paid parking).

If I stay in a ‘room with Shared Bath’, is the bathroom shared with other guests?

Yes, bathrooms (bath/toilet) are shared with other guests from other rooms if you stay in a “room with Shared Bath”.
Shared bathrooms and toilet are separated by gender.

Do you have a kitchen for guests?

No, we don’t have a kitchen available for guests to cook.

Do you have ski storage?

Yes, we have a ski storage room.

As a heater in the room turns off at night, please keep your snowwear, gloves, goggles, etc., in your guest room to dry well.

Do you provide breakfast?

Yes, we provide Japanese-style breakfast. Please reserve “Room & Japanese breakfast” plan.

Breakfast may be added on-site depending on availability. Please inquire at the front desk.

Can breakfast be made vegetarian?

We cannot accommodate vegetarian dietary changes.

Do you sell lift tickets for Nozawaonsen ski resort?


Details for the 24-25 season are TBA.

Do you provide housekeeping service?

If you stay 2-4 nights, you will receive daily services of emptying the trash and making the futon (if needed).

If you stay 5 or more nights, you will receive daily services of emptying the trash and making the futon (if needed), and the linens will be changed every 4 days.

Cancellation policy varies depending on the booking site. Please check each booking site before making a reservation.
