Reservation

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through TOGORO Direct Booking.

We kindly ask that all reservations be made online. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations via email or phone.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy varies depending on the booking site. Please check each booking site before making a reservation.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you made your reservation through TOGORO Direct Booking, please access the link in your reservation confirmation email to cancel.

If you booked through an online travel agency like Booking.com, please follow the cancellation procedures on that website.

Check-in and check-out

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 3 PM- 10 PM
*We do not accept late check-ins after 10 PM.

Check-out:10 AM

Can I check-in after 10 pm?

We’re sorry, but check-in is not available after 10 PM. The front desk is closed after 10 PM.

Do you have a changing room available before check-in?

Yes, we can prepare changing rooms before check-in. Please use them to put on snowwear.

What time does the front desk open?

Our front desk is open between 7 AM and 10PM.

After 10 pm, staff is not available at the front desk.

Facilities and Services

Do you have parking?

We have free parking for 5-6 vehicles available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to travel by car.

*In case our parking is full, please park in Shinden car park (Paid parking).

If I stay in a ‘room with Shared Bath’, is the bathroom shared with other guests?

Yes, bathrooms (bath/toilet) are shared with other guests from other rooms if you stay in a “room with Shared Bath”.
Shared bathrooms and toilet are separated by gender.

What time are the shared bathrooms available for guests to use?

Shared bathrooms are available at:

  • 7:30 am – 9:30 am ( Showers only )
  • 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm ( Bath tub & showers )

Hot tubs & showers are separated by gender. Body soap, Shampoo, and a hairdryer are provided.

Do you provide breakfast?

Yes, we provide Japanese-style breakfast. Please reserve “Room & Japanese breakfast” plan.

Breakfast may be added on-site depending on availability. Please inquire at the front desk.

Can breakfast be made vegetarian?

We cannot accommodate vegetarian dietary changes.

Do you have ski storage?

Yes, we have a ski storage room.

As a heater in the room turns off at night, please keep your snowwear, gloves, goggles, etc., in your guest room to dry well.

Do you sell lift tickets for Nozawaonsen ski resort?

Yes, we offer discount lift tickets for Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort.
Lift tickets are payable in cash only.

Do you provide housekeeping service?

If you stay 2-4 nights, you will receive daily services of emptying the trash and making the futon (if needed).

If you stay 5 or more nights, you will receive daily services of emptying the trash and making the futon (if needed), and the linens will be changed every 4 days.

Do you have a kitchen for guests?

No, we don’t have a kitchen available for guests to cook.

Luggage

Can you store my bags before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, we can store your baggage. Please ask our front desk.

Can I send my luggage to the accommodation in advance?

Yes, you can send your luggage in advance. However, due to limited storage space, we can only hold luggage for up to 7 days before your check-in date.

If possible, please inform us in advance if you plan to send your luggage.

Can I send my luggage from the hotel to the airport or to my next hotel?

Yes, we have shipping labels available at the front desk, so please feel free to use them. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
