Reservation
Reservations can be made through TOGORO Direct Booking.
We kindly ask that all reservations be made online. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations via email or phone.
Cancellation policy varies depending on the booking site. Please check each booking site before making a reservation.
If you made your reservation through TOGORO Direct Booking, please access the link in your reservation confirmation email to cancel.
If you booked through an online travel agency like Booking.com, please follow the cancellation procedures on that website.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 3 PM- 9 PM
*We do not accept late check-ins after 9 PM.
Check-out:10 AM
We’re sorry, but check-in is not available after 9 PM.
Yes, we can prepare changing rooms before check-in. Please use them to put on snowwear.
Our front desk is open between 7 AM and 10PM.
After 10 pm, staff is not available at the front desk.
Facilities and Services
We have free parking for 5-6 vehicles available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to travel by car.
*In case our parking is full, please park in Shinden car park (Paid parking).

Yes, bathrooms (bath/toilet) are shared with other guests from other rooms if you stay in a “room with Shared Bath”.
Shared bathrooms and toilet are separated by gender.
Shared bathrooms are available at:
- 7:30 am – 9:30 am ( Showers only )
- 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm ( Bath tub & showers )
Hot tubs & showers are separated by gender. Body soap, Shampoo, and a hairdryer are provided.
Yes, we provide Japanese-style breakfast. Please reserve “Room & Japanese breakfast” plan.
Breakfast may be added on-site depending on availability. Please inquire at the front desk.
We cannot accommodate vegetarian dietary changes.
Yes, we have a ski storage room.
As a heater in the room turns off at night, please keep your snowwear, gloves, goggles, etc., in your guest room to dry well.
We sell White Cards (300 yen each) at the front desk.
A White Card is a rechargeable plastic card. You can load a preferred lift pass onto the White Card using your smartphone and credit card.
How it works:
Scan your White Card at the lift gate and start your day on the slopes!
Talk to our staff and buy a White Card at the front desk.
Load your preferred lift pass onto your White Card through our hotel’s website — all passes are available at discounted prices.
No, we don’t have a kitchen available for guests to cook.
Luggage
Yes, we can store your baggage. Please ask our front desk.
Yes, you can send your luggage in advance. However, due to limited storage space, we can only hold luggage for up to 7 days before your check-in date.
If possible, please inform us in advance if you plan to send your luggage.
